What: The "Purge" Fall Cleaning

It's that time of year again. We’re clearing out abandoned projects and the boneyard. We’ll have a dumpster and a determined attitude.
If you want anything from the boneyard, you must take it home. (Okay, technically, as long as you get it off LVL1 property we don't really care where you take it, but you can't leave it here.) We plan to really clear out the boneyard. This time we mean it. Really. We're not kidding....
The wood shop should not be used for storage. If you have materials in there either take them home or make sure they are clearly labeled with your name and put into member storage. If they don't fit on your shelf, there is a designated area along the back wall for storing wood. (If it's not on your shelf, please attach a "DO NOT HACK" note with your name. Just writing your name on the wood itself can easily be overlooked and someone may think the material is up for grabs.)
Everything in member storage should either be on your shelf or labeled with your name and should be things you are actively working on. If it's an old project it is subject to removal to make room for active projects.
Another project planned for this day is to remove bar in the member storage area and convert the space to storage for large group projects.
Filling the dumpster usually takes just a couple hours. Pizza will be provided for dedicated helpers!
You do not need to be a member of LVL1 to attend this event. This is a great way to get to know us better and contribute to the community! If it is your first visit to our space, you will need to sign our waiver of liability. (This is standard procedure for all LVL1 activities.)
